Rights of the holder of personal data - charter
The holder of personal data acknowledges having been fairly and fully informed of the processing of said data by the estate agency. In addition to this right to information, the holder has the following rights:
- Right of access to his/her data by the person concerned. This means the right to obtain from the data controller confirmation as to whether or not the data are being processed and access to the data.
- The right to rectify inaccurate information and to have incomplete data completed.
